For decades, our 20Hi precision rolling mills have been providing stainless steel and specialty metals strip and foil to extremely close tolerances and flatness requirements. Our engineered processes are developed to ensure your strip orders are consistent and repeatable, order after order. We roll strip and foil from .0008” up to .100” and widths from .024” up to 40”. Our highly accredited Hampshire and Elgin, Illinois rolling operations offer complementary capabilities to serve almost any requirement.
Our Sycamore, Illinois, facility also processes precision drawn wire products in specialty metals and select stainless grades.

Our deep expertise and ability to supply DFARs compliant, domestically rolled, stainless steel strip for OEM’s and consumer product manufacturers is equally matched by our ability to provide specialty metal alloys in extremely thin gauges for the most demanding environments including aerospace, medical, and nuclear. Precision rolling requires precision annealing. We’ve invested in annealing with our 100’ Ebner furnace providing the environment and accreditations needed for the most demanding applications.
